App at bus

  • If you have a subscription, simply show your health card (or tax code). If you are traveling with a single ticket or a ticket bundle, show the QR Code found by opening the ticket in use from the home screen.

    TIPS: By clicking the three dots in the top right corner, you can access a short guide on using travel tickets in the app and view your purchase history.

  • Digital tickets that have not yet been activated are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • You can purchase subscriptions for your children, but each subscription will only be visible on their device when logged in with their own credentials.

  • For subscriptions, the “Activate” button allows you to view the details and information related to your subscription.

    Please note: the subscription is verified via your tax code and does not require any manual activation.

  • How can I buy a subscription on the at bus app?

    First, you need to be registered with my at.

    • From the Menu, tap “Log in”
    • Create your account by entering: first name, last name, email, and password

    Then, to purchase a subscription, you need to link the profile registered on our shop.at-bus.it portal.

    How to do it:

    • Tap Menu
    • Tap Account
    • Tap “My profile”
    • Enter your tax code

    Please note: You can also purchase subscriptions for your beneficiaries. To do so, tap “Linked accounts” and enter their tax codes.

  • The at bus app is available for free on:

    • App Store,
    • Google Play Store
  • With a my at account, you can purchase tickets and ticket packs. You can also save your favourite routes and stops, so you can still access them even if you change device.

    To create an account, you only need:

    1. first name and last name
    2. email address
    3. password

    Please note: If you want to purchase a subscription, you must link the profile registered on our shop.at-bus.it portal.

  • To purchase tickets and ticket packs, you need to be registered with my at.

    Tip: From the “Menu”, tap “Log in” and create your account by entering your first name, last name, email, and password.

  • To purchase tickets at a discounted rate through our app, you must first register on our portal shop.at-bus.it and request a discounted profile by clicking on “Request discount.”
    Once the profile is created, go to our app and link the profile.

    TIPS: to link the profile:

    • Tap on Menu
    • Tap on your account account
    • Tap on "my profile"
    • Enter your fiscal code
  • No, this is not possible because it is not our application.

  • If you have a subscription, simply show your health card (or tax code). 

    If you are traveling with a single ticket or a ticket bundle, show the QR Code found by opening the ticket in use from the blue bar at the bottom.

  • The payment receipt is sent to you by email.

    Please note! If you haven’t received the email, first check your spam folder or, if you use a Gmail account, the “Promotions” tab. Otherwise, contact us via the “Talk to AT” form with the subject “at Bus App Ticket Receipt.”

  • It depends on what you want to save: routes, stops, addresses, or trips.

    • Routes: search for a route and tap the heart icon.
    • Stops: search for a stop and select it on the map, then tap the heart icon.
    • Addresses: search for an address on the map and press and hold the exact point; the heart icon will appear. You can edit it later in the “Favourites” section.
    • Trips: plan a journey, choose the itinerary that suits you, and tap the calendar icon.

    Tip: You can find all your favourites in the Menu section.

  • If you are purchasing from an Android device, update the app and try the payment again.

    TIPS: if you still need help, contact us via the “Talk to AT” form and provide your bank and the card network used (Visa, Mastercard).

  • Check if the app is updated.
    If needed, you can find the latest versions here: https://www.at-bus.it/en/app

  • If you are unable to activate your digital ticket (due to a flat battery, no signal or other reasons), you must purchase another ticket to ensure you are travelling legally.
    You can do this on board from the driver (at a higher fare) or via the Tip Tap contactless system.
    If this is not possible, you must alight from the vehicle and purchase a ticket via the other available channels https://www.at-bus.it/en/howtopurchase

    Please note! Remember that you must always travel with a valid ticket and validate/activate it when boarding, otherwise you may be fined!

  • It depends on what you mean. Please note that tickets are anonymous; they are linked to the my at account and to the device used for activation.

    If you need to buy a ticket for your child, you have two options:

    • purchase it from your account and then have your child log in with your credentials on their device
    • buy it directly from the device they will be using
